Trainee - Electrical Wholesale - Full Time Role

 

We are seeking a self-driven individual to learn all facets of the business, beginning primarily with Internal, counter sales, stores & customer service with a view to eventually progress further within the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provision of customer service, including responding to customer requests and inquiries

  • Stock control including store work assisting with re-stocking shelves and packing orders.

  • Liaising with suppliers

  • Raising sales documentation in a prompt, and accurate manner

  • Promotion and sale of Excell Control products

  • Assistance with additional tasks and Management requests as required

This role is a full time role and the hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.

You have:

  • Experience in the retail / customer service industry

  • An interest in electrical / electronics and technology

  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong relationship building abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication / computer skills

  • The motivation to learn and grow within a company
